Product Overview
Polyethylene is the highest-volume plastic in the world and the simplest in molecular structure. It is a semi-transparent or opaque, lightweight crystalline material — odorless, tasteless and non-toxic.
Polymerized from ethylene monomer. Key grades: HDPE (high density, 0.940–0.965 g/cm³, rigid, for pipes/injection parts); LDPE (low density, 0.910–0.925 g/cm³, flexible, for films/packaging); LLDPE (linear low density, 0.915–0.940 g/cm³, combining LDPE flexibility with HDPE strength).
Material verified by SGS lab test. Quality guaranteed.

| Physical |
Odorless, non-toxic, waxy feel. Excellent low-temperature performance (down to -70~-100°C). Good chemical stability; resistant to most acids and alkalis. Low water absorption; excellent electrical insulation.
|
| Mechanical |
Relatively low tensile strength with some creep tendency; excellent impact resistance, flexibility and processability.
|
| Thermal |
Melting point typically 92–137°C, depending on density and molecular weight.

The Most Easily Electroplated Plastic
Perfect candidate for exterior automotive parts. Its unique polymer structure allows for flawless chrome plating, essential for luxury grilles and logos.
For high-touch consumer goods, surface finish is everything. ABS offers a native high-gloss finish that rivals painted surfaces, reducing secondary processing costs while maintaining structural integrity.
